1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BidScope ("the Service"), operated by Tactical Marketing Pro LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BidScope is an AI-powered construction estimating tool. You upload PDF construction plans, and our AI analyzes them to produce cost estimates. We offer a free ballpark estimate (cost range) and a paid detailed estimate ($99) with line-item breakdowns, material quantities, and a downloadable PDF report.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created using your phone number via one-time passcode (OTP) verification.
• One account per phone number.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your phone number current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, or content that is not construction-related documentation.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Resell or redistribute estimates generated by BidScope without our written consent.

5. Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of any construction plans and documents you upload to BidScope. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store them solely for the purpose of providing the estimating service.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Files are automatically deleted after 90 days.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Free ballpark estimates are provided at no cost.
• Detailed estimates are $99 per estimate, payable via Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change with notice posted on the website.
• No refunds — Detailed estimates are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the service is rendered immediately, all sales are final. If you believe there was an error, contact support and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

The BidScope name, logo, software, AI models, estimation methodology, and all related intellectual property are owned by Tactical Marketing Pro LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BidScope is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that estimates will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@tacticalmarketingpro.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of BidScope after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
